These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jude app and website. By downloading or using Jude you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using Jude
You may use Jude for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to break the law.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Jude. Jude provides nutrition and weight-management guidance intended for adults and is not directed to children. By using Jude you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and billing
- Jude offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Jude Pro, sold on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from the Manage Subscription option in the app.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Prices and plan details are shown in the app before you purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Jude provides nutrition tracking and general information for wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Nutrition estimates, including those generated by automated analysis, may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your diet or health.
Intellectual property
Jude and its content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or other intellectual property.
Disclaimers
Jude is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any data or estimate is accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use ofJude. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Jude at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Jude means you accept the updated Terms.
