- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Manage Subscription, or manage it directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your meals, diary entries, weight history, and profile.
- How do I restore a purchase?
- On the membership screen, tap Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so it restores on any device where you are signed in.
- How accurate are the nutrition estimates?
- Jude uses trusted food databases and AI analysis to estimate calories and macros. Estimates are a helpful guide, not a precise measurement, so review them and adjust when needed.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. We do not sell your data or share your health and nutrition information with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
